Our Opportunity Zone Fund platform focuses on strategic partnerships with strong developers and sponsors in the student housing, multi-family, and hospitality sectors. We capitalize development and value-add projects within qualified
opportunity zones.

We focus on projects in public and private schools with at least 10,000 students enrolled, strong enrolment growth, favorable supply-demand dynamics, and with locations less than one mile from campus.
